Tying a Pearly Damsel Variant Fishing Fly

This is a slight variation on Mr Rowley’s Pearly Damsel. This is a perfect example of a “guide” fly. It is quick to tie, uses few materials, and fools a lot of fish. The star of the show in this fly is marabou. In fact, the fly uses a single marabou plume. Barbs from the same plume are tied in three different ways. Magic.
