Tippet rings also make it extremely easy to add droppers, and are an excellent choice for European Style Nymphing and for Indicator nymph fishing.

This package includes 10 Tippet Rings, threaded onto a snap swivel.  It is easy to drop those rings once they are not threaded on the swivel, so thread the first ring onto your leader while the ring is on the swivel, tie a clinch or improved clinch knot, then remove the ring from the swivel.  (This will save you from dropping and losing rings)

Scientific Anglers Absolute Tri-Color Sighter is made with proprietary copolymer blends that are designed to drastically reduce water absorption while maintaining an optimal suppleness for high knot strength. 

STANDARD: Our Standard EuroMax leaders are perfect for those who are just starting out with euro nymphing and learning to cast this type of rig.  It is the easiest version of our EuroMax line of leaders to cast because of the larger diameter butt section and they transfer energy well.  It is also the best option for fishing upstream with tuck cast presentations, or using heavier flies/streamers.  Great for dry-dropper rigs when using larger dries with more air resistance.  The trade-off is that you will have more sag at distance due to the larger diameter butt section. Our hand-built modular euro-nymphing sighter leaders have top-quality mono materials to ensure enough mass for water load casting, but minimal diameter to ensure as drag-free a drift as possible and allow for proper presentation.  Our Standard EuroMax leaders start with a 20lb (0.017) Maxima Chameleon butt section (various length), tapering to 15 lb (0.015) mid-section, to a 12lb (0.013) multi-color sighter.  They also include a high-quality 2mm tippet ring to preserve your leader with your various tippet applications over time. 

MICRO: Our thinnest diameter and most sensitive version of our EuroMax leaders; therefore, you will have less sag due to the thinner butt section.  The micro thin profile is for those who are already experienced in euro style casting, provides for the ultimate in strike detection and sensitivity, and best drift performance in windy conditions.   The MicroThin leader is best for maintaining dead drifts with across current presentations.  The micro version is more difficult to cast for distance, especially in windy conditions or with a dry-dropper set-up, since you have less mass in the line and therefore does not transfer energy as well, so that is the trade-off. Hand-built modular euro-nymphing sighter leaders using top-quality mono materials to ensure enough mass for water load casting, but minimal diameter to ensure as drag-free a drift as possible and allow for proper presentation.  Our EuroMax Micro Thin leaders start with a 10lb (0.012) Maxima Chameleon butt section (various length), tapering to 8lb (0.011) colored transition mid-section, to a 6lb (0.009) multi-color sighter.  They also include a high-quality 2mm tippet ring to preserve your leader with your various tippet applications over time.

Neon Wax Sighter is a product developed out of necessity. 

When euro nymphing, you usually try to keep full contact with your fly for as long as possible by keeping your rig tight.  Neon wax can be used to mark your leader to assess how deep the fly is in the water column.  By drifting the nymph at different marker depths, you can easily locate the depth of where fish are holding.

Multiple markings can be used on the leader to help assess whether to raise or lower the fly.

Additionally, use Neon Wax Sighter on tippet above a small or dark colored dry fly, which are normally easy to lose sight of.  

Neon Wax Sighter will not permanantly stay on your leader.  The most effective temperature range for adhesion is 50 - 85 Fahrenheit.  Below this temperature, the wax is brittle.  Above this temperature, it will begin to melt.  (If you leave this in a hot vehicle, you can expect a mess when you return.)

Use Pink or Orange for bright sunlight, Lime or Green when the sky is overcast, and for heavily fished water, use white for dark colored river bottoms and black for light colored river bottoms.

Stains in clothing can be washed with detergent or soap.  Easily removed from leader and tippet with a tissue paper.
