Simplicity, there's something to be said about simple bugs...they work, and work well. The Cousin It is a perfect example of a simple fly. Designing a simple fly is often far more difficult to do well than intricate patterns. Stripping away all but the necessary atributes, Chris Schrantz designed a pattern that resembles Hoppers, Stoneflies and many terrestrial insects based on how the fly presents itself.
