Cousin It - Tan

Simplicity, there's something to be said about simple bugs...they work, and work well. The Cousin It is a perfect example of a simple fly. Designing a simple fly is often far more difficult to do well than intricate patterns. Stripping away all but the necessary atributes, Chris Schrantz designed a pattern that resembles Hoppers, Stoneflies and many terrestrial insects based on how the fly presents itself.  This guide fly floats all day, suspends droppers like the Micro Golden Stone with ease, and is a fantastic small mountain stream attractor pattern.
