Testimonials
I definitely was satisfied with the flies that I purchased. Your aggravator pattern was especially effective. One evening last week, I fished the last hour or so of daylight and landed 5 rainbows and missed at least that many more. Back at the parking lot most of the other anglers were talking about how they got skunked. Thanks for a great pattern! Ed |

Terrestrials - Beetle - Foam
Fish a beetle dry fly by throwing the fly hard at the water, so it splashes, just like the natural would when it fell, or was blow onto the rivers surface. Try drifting it, and if this doesn't work, strip the fly as though the beetle were frantically trying to run back to the safety of the shore.

Terrestrials - Black Fur Ant
When swarms of flying ants are available to trout, they can become very picky. This is a very good pattern to have available to selective trout. Try the Flying Black Ant also.

Terrestrials - Chernobyl Ant
The Chernobyl Ant can be used to imitate a dragonfly, a terrestrial trout fly, or used as a strike indicator. There is something about the silhouette of this pattern that attracts fish!

Terrestrials - Cricket
Fish a cricket dry fly by throwing the fly hard at the water, so it splashes, just like the natural would when it fell, or was blow onto the rivers surface. Try drifting it, and if this doesn't work, strip the fly, adding a motion like the cricket would if it were kicking at the water.
