Mostly foam shell, more dubbing for the snail is needed. This fly most likely won't last past one or two fish.
most micro poppers aren't that good

The quality of the DiscountFlies.com micro poppers is every bit as good as any place else you might buy them (if not better). But micro poppers, in my opinion, are mostly only "okay." They don't float as high in the water as you might want. They don't "pop" when stripped as much as you might want. I really prefer a slightly larger popper 99% of the time. But. If you want a micro popper, buy them here. You won't find better, and definitely not at a better price.
Good for the price

A tad too much bulk and slightly lopsided with more material on one side compared to the other. But worth it for the price. Hook is good quality. The Fish liked it!!

This bug is a great looker, and made well. I would like to have it without the trailer hook.

these flies performed as expected, on the first day, in a northern river in NY I ran in about 400 native brook trout that thought it was the best tied
