This is the same fish catching pattern as the clouser minnow, except with a bead chain eye and weedguard. Think of this as a stealthy clouser.
New production of this fly is being tied as follows:
- #8 as stated above is tied on a Gamakatsu SL-11 3H
- #6 as stated above is tied on a Tiemco 811S
- #4 as stated above is tied on a Tiemco 811S
Additionally, new production also includes a weed guard, which can easily be trimmed off if it is not necessary.
