This fly gives bass a look they haven't seen on pressured waters and will get them to hit when they turn their noses at the standard poppers and clousers.

I bought this to fish for carp, but the bass liked it a lot better than they did, which isn't a bad problem to have in my book.

I have used this fly in size four multiple times for smallmouth in creeks. It is very effective and hugs the bottom well because of the weight. It catches all sizes of smallmouth (lots of 8-12 inchers), but also caught some nice 16" and even one 19" (largest flyrod smallmouth). I gave this fly five star rating and will be my goto fly in any rock condition!
