The White Miller Moth has remained a favorite dry fly because it simply catches fish. Whether trout see it as a moth or another light-colored insect, its bright profile is highly visible and difficult to ignore. It is especially effective during the evening when moths are most active. Fish it with a natural dead drift, and add an occasional twitch to imitate the movement of a struggling insect.
