Beadhead Crystal Bugger - Black - Sporting black is always in season, and so is this fly-fishing classic. Wiggle Flashabugger - Olive - A cousin to the original wooly bugger, with a bit more flash. Gets down fast to the fish. Use 'em! Also available in Olive and Black. Throw then for trout, bass, pike, bream, carp, etc.

Hope's Carp Damsel - Yellow Olive - The pursuit of carp on the fly led Adam Hope to come up with this fly. It is a gentle sinker, and carp love it. Great for fishing is clear water for spooky fish, as well as lightly stained water. If you fish for carp, these should be in your box.

The Kreelex is a Chuck Kraft creation.  Chuck was a guide and master fly tyer.  As the story goes, Chuck guided 160+ days per year and started guiding in South America in the 1990's.  It was here that he first used the Kreinik flash that is used to tie this fly.  The material moves, pulsates, and breathes in the water. While the original name was the "Rolex," it didn't take long before his friends advised him that those watching might have an issue with the name.  This fly has produced trout, bass, and salt species.  We were first turned on to the fly as a point fly when Czech stlye nymphing.  George Daniel uses this fly with great success as a jigged streamer in high, stained water.  It works.  Everywhere. For all species.

The stillborn midge pattern floats low in the water's surface, imitating the most vulnerable part of the chironomid life cycle, the emerger trying to hatch into an adult. Fish recognize this vulnerability, and key into this pattern.

The feather duster callibaetis might not look to a fisherman like it would work, but in fishing stillwaters during a callibaetis hatch, we have not found a better fly fishing pattern. Suspend this nymph below a strike indicator, let it sink, then occasionally twitch the line to simulate the nymph emerging upward. Sometimes the bite will occur while the nymph is suspended, in which case, your strike indicator will suddenly disappear!

The Callibaetis Sprout is an emerger pattern, designed with a white foam wing case for excellent visibility. Apply floatant only to the hackle of the fly. The half submerged fly looks like a struggling callibaetis mayfly, attempting to hatch, and very vulnerable to trout!. This emerging dry fly closely resembles the natural mayfly emerger for tough to catch, selective trout. Use it when trout are gently sipping callibaetis from the surface of the lake.
