Description
The bead head hare's ear is a time tested pattern that is extremely effective at catching fish. It is versatile in that it imitates a wide variety of underwater bugs. This fly has loose hair around the thorax that simulate the legs of an aquatic insect, and a bead head to help it sink into the zone where the big fish hang out. The Bead Head Hare's Ear Nymph is available in black, olive and natural. Each color is both effective and a must in a fly fisherman's fly box.
