- Code: M-RWRP
-
Price: $144.97

The Raven and Wolf Rotary Vise with Pedastal Base will handle 90% of most fly tiers needs. The cam jaws will handle size 24 to size 3/0 hooks. The cam jaws can be adjusted with a mounting screw into three different positions to accomodate different hook sizes. This adjustement helps keep the hook shank in position along the axis for the rotary function. The pedestal base is substantial -- it weighs over two pounds and measures 4.75 x 4.75 inches. The vise comes with a bobbin cradle and material clip.
The vise ships with the rotary knobs loose...this is on purpose. Give us a ring when you get it and we'd be happy to help get it set up.

Fly Tying Tools - Raven and Wolf Ceramic Bobbin Small
- Code: M-RWCBSM
-
Price: $10.47
- Quantity in Basket: none
Bobbins are the critical tool in tying since they must keep smooth tension on the thread spool to apply the thread to your fly. These bobbins have delrin feet for smooth tension on the thread spool, and have ceramic inserts for smooth application of thread to fly. This is important for small threads and threads like Nano Silk. This is a small bobbin, which is well suited for smaller flies.
The total length is 3.5 inches. The tube -- from the thread insert end to the tip -- is 2 inches and extends 1 inch from the point in which the bobbin is gripped.
