Description
With a little variance in the usual color of a prince nymph, the psycho prince nymph offers trout and steelhead a slightly different look...something that they haven't seen before, and something that looks buggy. The caddis green psycho prince nymph can be effectively used to imitate most green colored caddis larva or pupa.

Used the green psycho on the Bighorn last summer with great success. The rainbows especially seemed to be go for it.

This has quickly become my favorite fly in place of the standard prince or pheasant tail nymph. On one stream fishing side by side with my brother, it has outcaught the prince nymph 5 to 1 (and he usually outcatches me!). Now he is hooked on them.
