The tungsten bead prince nymph is an extremely productive fly fishing fly, usually fished as a searching nymph, and as the top fly in a 2 fly setup. The tungsten bead will drop quickly to a depth where the big fish are holding!
I use to steer clear of this fly because I thought it was too common. Picked some up in 14 and 16 to fish as an attractor or dropper after hearing about how productive they were on local waters from a well thought of guide. Glad I did as they fished very well. They’re very buggy looking and imitate a stone and mayfly. Will keep them well stocked in my flybox from here on out!

The flies arrived quickly and are very consistent as to construction. I look forward to some rainbows gobbling them up!!
