Description
The comparadun style of a mayfly is used on spring creeks and slower moving water, because of it's realism. Even when trout have a good opportunity to inspect a cdc biot comparadun blue-winged olive, they can still be fooled by this very realistic style of fly.

After 40+ years of dry fly fishing the Intermountain West, This is my single favorite fly. It is sometimes hard to find a quality source of CDC flies so I was very happy when a good friend recommended Discount Flies. Exellent Quality with Fast, Friendly Service, What more can you ask for!

The description is correct - will catch picky fish when other BWO patterns fail. Size 18 and 20 for BWO. These work in 18 for PMDs also.
If you fish the Provo or Green during the spring, you have to have some CD biot bodies in your box.
