Description

The Sand Flea features a heavily weighted eye to keep it down where fish see it, and works well for Pompano, Redfish, Stripers, Bonefish, Snook and many other species of saltwater fish.

Dead Drift this fly for best action.

This fly is now being tied on a Gamakatsu SL-11 3H hook, one of the strongest and sharpest hooks available. The extra cost of this hook is worth every penny when you hook-up with a fish of a lifetime!

I've not used these as of yet, ordered two sizes. I've had other sand flea flies in the past, these look the most real to date.

I love your flies, their quality, their durability, and the price and the shipping was super fast! I'm from Tampa, and don't really fly fish but I read this article in a magazine about tying a fly off the hook of a jig for Pompano. So, I began looking for some flys that resemble the Pompano's favorite, the Sand Flea. I surfed the Web off and on for days but nothing impressed me or, cost a F-n fortune. Then I saw your Sand Flea flys... Wow! I tried them out last Friday and caught three Pompanos on the same jig n #2 Sand Flea fly rig. They all ate the Fly not the jig. Now this may not sound too good, but the Solunar was off, the tide was flat, and I couldn't catch anything except Pinfish on even live shrimp and greenbacks. Also, until then, I had never caught a Pompano in this location. I was so impressed with Discountflies that I texted my Tampa fishing buddies and a few northern Trout fishermen about you.
