Description
This version of a San Juan Worm is tied on a uniquely shaped hook that rotates as it drifts down the river, appearling like a squirming worm.
Fish are quite enthusiastic about this pattern, and will actually cause a strike indicator to move back up the river, rather than just hesitate momentarily.
