One of my most float-able dry flies. I use this often to suspend dropper(s). And everything from Grayling to Trout like it.

Big hit on small streams and medium size rivers in the southern Appalachians. Very buoyant and visible. Can suspend a weighted nymph as a dropper even in turbulent water. Works well as an attractor or beetle imitation although trimming the legs to better match the size of local beetles can help. I wish it came in a size 18 to imitate the very small beetles.
