It's always good to carry a few of these.

The Jujubee is a stone killer. I usually tie this on when I see the rocks covered w/ those little skinny black midges. It’s usually like hitting a switch. I usually fish the pattern in zebra, but I’ve also had excellent luck with the chartreuse and red. I usually carry them in various sizes, as I find the fish can sometimes get size specific w/ these. I’m looking forward to trying out the UV green version of this bug.

Was not catching anything with a nymph at the willie until I looked under a rock and saw a greyish midge. Put on the zebra and started to catch fish right away.

This is a great fly for spring. I put one one and started catching fish right away on sections of the colorado river and other streams that run into it.
