The Bone Jovi Spawning Lead Eye Shrimp Fly pattern is very effective at imitating a spawning shrimp, and many bonefish and permit have been fooled by this fly. It is also effective at catching stripers and redfish. The fly is tied with heavy eyes so that the fly gets deep quickly, and a great choice for fish that are not in shallow water.

The Avalon Permit fly is a shrimp imitation that sinks quickly, stays hook side up (helps eliminate snags), and makes clicking noises similar to a shrimp.
