Attractor Mayflies - Adams - Female
This is a specialty Adams, used to imitate a female mayfly, laying eggs on the water surface.

Attractor Mayflies - Black Gnat
The Black Gnat (Culcidae insect group) fall or get blown on to the water where trout are very partial to them. Gnats are prolific from late Spring through the summer. They may be seen in dense clouds over the water and fish will be rising madly.

Attractor Mayflies - Blue Dun
Attractor Mayflies - Blue Quill
The Blue Quill, or scientifically, the Paraleps mayfly hatch when the water temperatures are approximately 50 degrees F. for a few days. The hatch starts as early as 11:00 A.M. and continues through most of the afternoon, with the best activity occurring during the warmest part of the day. There are over 30 species of Paraleptophlebia, most inhabiting the rivers of the Rockies and west coast.

Attractor Mayflies - H & L Variant
Also known as the House and Lot, it was the favorite fly fished by President Eisenhower. This fly floats very well and is highly visible to the angler. Trout love it too.

Attractor Mayflies - March Brown - Western
"The March Brown Mayfly begins hatching when the water temperature hits about 42 degrees Fahrenheit, which is usually March! The hatch is usually in the afternoon, and a spinner fall occurs later on that day. These are generally big mayflies, which cause trout to feed with ""reckless abandon"", with big splashes being the typical take. The Western pattern is tied with a brown quill body."
